Abstract

The shallot in its growth is strongly influenced by climate factor and available nutrient. By doing the appropriate fertilization will get the nutrients needed.This study aims to determine the effect of bioculture dose on the growth and shallot yield. The research was conducted in Bulupountujaya Village, Sigi Biromaru district, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi Province from March 2017 to June 2017. The study used a randomized complete design. which consists of B0 = Without the application of bioculture liquid fertilizer, B1 = liquid bioculture liquid dose 250 L ha-1, B2 = bioculture liquid bioculture dose 500 L ha-1 and B3 = bioculture liquid bioculture dose 750 L. ha-1 Each treatment was repeated 4 times, so there were 16 experimental units. Each unit of experiment contained 260 plants so that a total of 4160 experiments were obtained. The results showed that the treatment of bioculture liquid fertilizer with dose 750 L. ha-1 gave a significant effect on plant height variables, bulb diameter, bulb water content, number of tillers per hill, fresh weight of bulb, bulb bulk weight, dry weight of plant and bulb yield per hectare compared to other treatments. Provision of bioculture liquid fertilizer with dose 750 L. ha-1 produced 9.27 ton ha-1.
