Abstract

ABSTRAK Ketersediaan air sangat berpengaruh terhadap kebutuhan air dalam mengelola lahan pertanian dan saat masa pertumbuhan tanaman. Oleh karena itu untuk memaksimalkan penggunaan air yang tersedia diperlukan pemenuhan kajian alokasi ketersediaan dan kebutuhan air pada sektor pertanian untuk menunjang kebutuhan air daerah irigasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui alokasi air untuk daerah irigasi berdasarkan analisis ketersediaan air di Sungai Latu Lembo dan kebutuhan air di Daerah Irigasi Ungkaya. Metode yang digunakan untuk menghitung ketersediaan air adalah metode F.J Mock serta metode pola tanam untuk menghitung kebutuhan air daerah irigasi. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan pengumpulan data sekunder berupa, data curah hujan, data klimatologi, data Catchment area, peta Das Latu Lembo, data luas Daerah Irigasi, dan data pola tanam. Hasil perhitungan debit andalan setengah bulanan diperoleh (Q80) rata-rata untuk dua minggu I = 1,42 m3/dtk dan dua minggu II = 1,28 m3/dtk, Q(maks) = 1,80 m3/dtk, dan Q(min) = 0,92 m3/dtk. Debit kebutuhan irigasi terbesar 1,75 m3/dtk dan terkecil 0,19 m3/dtk, berdasarkan luas areal sebesar 1069,75 ha. Perhitungan neraca air pada Sungai Ungkaya dengan ketersediaan air surplus (kelebihan air) dan nilai untuk faktor (K > 1), sehingga kebutuhan air untuk irigasi Ungkaya terpenuhi. ABSTRACT Water availability is very influential on water needs in managing agricultural land and during the growing period of plants. Therefore, to maximize the use of available water, it is necessary to fulfill the study of allocation of availability and water needs in the agricultural sector to support the irrigation area's water needs. This study aims to determine the allocation of water for irrigation areas based on the analysis of water availability in the Latu Lembo River and the water needs in the Ungkaya Irrigation Area. The method used to calculate water availability is the F.J Mock method and the cropping method to calculate the irrigation area's water needs. This study began with secondary data collection in the form, rainfall data, climatology data, Catchment area data, Latu Lembo watershed maps, large area Irrigation data, and cropping pattern data. The results of the calculation of the semi-monthly mainstay discharge obtained (Q80) on average for two weeks I = 1.42 m3 / sec and two weeks II = 1.28 m3 / sec, Q (max) = 1.80 m3 / sec, and Q (min) = 0.92 m3 / sec. The biggest irrigation needs discharge is 1.75 m3 / sec and the smallest is 0.19 m3 / sec, based on an area of 1069.75 ha. Calculation of water balance in Ungkaya River with the availability of surplus water (excess water) and the value for the factor (K> 1), so that the water needs for Ungkaya irrigation are fulfilled.
