Abstract

PERENCANAAN TANGGUL PENGENDALI BANJIR SUNGAI BAIYA DI KEC. TAWAELI Wahyu Irwanto Gantulembah, I Gede Tunas ABSTRAK Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Sungai Baiya memiliki luas kurang lebih 12,5 km2, panjang Sungai utama 9,2 km dan berkemiringan 0,0308. Berdasarkan kenampakan tutupan lahan kondisi DAS Sungai Baiya yang dulu berupa hutan telah menjadi lahan perkebunan dan pemukiman menyebabkan debit limpasan yang tinggi dan berakibat terjadinya banjir pada musim hujan. Upaya penanggulangan banjir direncanakan dengan menggunakan tanggul. Analisa profil aliran dilakukan dengan menggunakan software HEC-RAS 4.1.0, Perencanaan pengendalian banjir Sungai Baiya menggunakan debit banjir rancangan Q50 yaitu sebesar 51,987 m3/det. Hasil perencanaan tanggul pengendali banjir di dapatkan tinggi total tanggul 3,5 m dengan kemiringan lereng 1:2 hasil perencanaan dinding tanggul di dapatkan lebar pondasi (B) = 0,80 meter, kedalam pondasi (D) = 1,00 meter, dan tinggi dinding penahan (H) = 2,50 meter. Kata kunci : Banjir, HEC-RAS, Tanggul, DAS Baiya PLANNING OF THE BAIYA RIVER FLOOD CONTROL EMBANKMENT IN TAWAELI DISTRICT Wahyu Irwanto Gantulembah, I Gede Tunas ABSTRAK Baiya watershed has an area of 12,5 km2, 9,2 km river’s length and the gradient is 0,0308. According to land coverage of the changes of landuse in Baiya watershed from forest into plantation and residential area causes high of run-off discharge and leads of flood in rainy season. To Prevent that area from flood, it was planned by levee. The flow profile analysis was done by using HEC-RAS 4.1.0 software, The flood control of Baiya river was designby using Q50 wich is 51,987 m3/second. Based on the levee design, it is abtained that the height of levee is 3,5 m with the talud slope of 1:2. From the retaining wall design, it is obtained that the width of foundation (B) = 0,80 m, the dept of foundation (D) = 1,00 m, and the height of retaining wall (H) = 2,50 m.
