Antioksidan yang ada pada rimpang bangle berperan dalam menurunkan radikal bebas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental (<em xss=removed>Eksperimental Research</em>) dengan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL). Jumlah sampel yang digunakan 24 ekor tikus. Terdiri dari 6 kelompok perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. </span>Kelompok (K</span><span xss=removed> Normal</span><span lang="EN-US" xss=removed>) merupakan kelompok tanpa perlakuan, (K</span><span xss=removed>-</span><span lang="EN-US" xss=removed>) hanya dipaparkan asap rokok sebanyak 2 kali sehari, P</span><span xss=removed>I</span><span lang="EN-US" xss=removed> diberi simplisia rimpang bangle konsentrasi 25%, P</span><span xss=removed>II</span><span xss=removed> <span lang="EN-US">dengan konsentrasi 50%, P</span></span><span xss=removed>III</span><span xss=removed> <span lang="EN-US">dengan konsentrasi 75?n P</span></span><span xss=removed>IV</span><span xss=removed> <span lang="EN-US">dengan konsentrasi 100 %. Hasil yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan ANAVA menggunakan program STAT-27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pemberian simplisia rimpang bangle tikus putih, yang ditandai dengan penurunan kadar <em xss=removed><span xss=removed>Serum Glutamic O</span></em></span></span><em xss=removed><span xss=removed>xaloac</span></em><em xss=removed><span lang="EN-US" xss=removed>etic Transaminase</span></em><span lang="EN-US" xss=removed>.
