ABSTRAK BOGI B 101 16 097. dengan judul penelitian ‘’Manajemen Perusahaan C.V 99 Dalam Pengelolaan Hasil Laut Di Desa Tinakin Laut Kecamatan Banggai Kabupaten Banggai Laut’’. Pembimbing I Ibu Ani Susanti dan Pembimbing II Bapak Abdul Hamid . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Manajemen Perusahan CV. 99 di Desa Tinakin Laut Kecamatan Banggai Kabupaten Banggai Laut. Tipe penelitian deskriptif dan dasar penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif dilihat dari empat aspek fungsi manajemen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggambarkan keadaan berdasarkan fakta yang ada dilapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dengan informan-informan yang terpilih, dan dokumentasi, lokasi penelitian di Perusahaan C.V 99 Kecamatan Banggai Kabupaten Banggai Laut. Adapun teori yang digunakan menurut George R. Terry yang menggunakan 4 indikator yaitu Perencanaan, Pengorganisasian, Penggerakan, dan Pengawasan. Penelitian mengenai Manejemen Perusahaan C.V 99 Dalam Pengelolaan Hasil Laut di Desa Tinakin Laut Kecamatan Banggai Kabupaten Banggai Laut sudah cukup baik, dimana ada tiga aspek yang sudah dilakukan dengan baik yaitu aspek pengorganisasian, penggerakan, dan pengawasan. Tetapi aspek perencanaan yang belum terlaksana dengan baik, seperti belum adanya papan identitas perusahaan, hasil yang di kembalikan oleh konsumen. dan standar kebersihan yang baik sehingga membuat perusahaan belum mencapai tujuan yang besar. The type of research is descriptive and the basis of the research is qualitative research seen from the four aspects of the management function. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by describing the situation based on the facts in the field. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews with selected informants, and documentation, the research location was at Company C.V 99, Banggai District, Banggai Laut Regency. The theory used, according to George R. Terry, uses 4 indicators, namely Planning, Organizing, Mobilizing, and Monitoring. Research on C.V 99 Company Management in the Management of Marine Products in Tinakin Laut Village, Banggai District, Banggai Laut Regency is quite good, where there are three aspects that have been carried out well, namely aspects of organizing, mobilizing, and supervising. However, aspects of planning that have not been carried out properly, such as the absence of a corporate identity board, the results are returned by consumers. and good hygiene standards have prevented the company from achieving its big goals.
