This study aims to find out how to manage village fund allocation in the village of Doda District of Pasangkayu. The basis of this research of observation and qualitative descriptive research type. This research was conducte in the village Doda of Sarudu Dtrict of Pasangkayu District, which examined the accountability of managing village fund allocation. In terms of implementation each person in charge has special important tasks. So in need f supporting facilities that are complete in carrying out their duties and obligation. To increase the sense of responbility in completing tasks and work and the trust given. In this study, researches involved 7 informants. In conducting research, the authors use the theory of accountability management functios from Ratminto and Atik Septi Winarsih which refers to 3 aspects namely servive performance accountability, cost accontability, and srevice product accontability. From the results of research on accountability in the management of village fund allocation of village doda distrct sarudu pasangkayu district. If viewed iterms of the performance of the village apparatus and the existing financing is good, but there are some obstacles found in the implementation. Because of the many facilities that were built in the hope of being able to meet the needs of the village community make it easier to carry out activities in the Doda village.
