Abstract

This study aims to build an application that can perform the selection process for micro business credit, making it easier and becoming an alternative choice in determining credit recipient customers who are eligible for micro business credit. This decision support system application is web-based using the Hypertext Prepocessor (PHP) programming language with the Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW) method, using sublime text 3 software and also MySQL as its database. The SAW method can be an option because it has the advantage of making a more precise assessment, based on the predetermined value criteria and preference weights. In this study using customer data as much as 150 data. With the application system, the assessment will be carried out objectively and in detail. In order to determine the true customer who has the right to become a recipient of micro business credit, this is done by ranking the customer data by considering the value of the SAW method formula for each predetermined criterion. The results that have been done by this author as a solution to determine the provision of micro business credit at PT. Bank Central Sulawesi KCP Tawaeli, so that the selection process can be more effective in terms of time and operations.
