Tian Murfitasari, Reg. Number B 101 16 028, the title "Women's Participation in Health Development (A Study on Family Empowerment and Welfare Organization in Karya Agung Village of Parigi Moutong District." Supervised by Hj. Suasa. This research aims to determine how women's participation in health development for Family Empowerment and Welfare Organization in Karya Agung Village of Parigi Moutong District. The basis of the research was qualitative, and the research type was descriptive. There were 7 informants involved in this research, namely: the general chairman of the Family Empowerment and Welfare Organization, the head of working group IV, members of the working group IV, midwives, and 3 people from Karya Agung village. The technique used in determining informants was purposive. The techniques of data collection were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research indicate that women's participation in health development in Family Empowerment and Welfare Organization in Karya Agung village is viewed from the perspective of thoughts/ideas participation, women's participation in contributing the ideas and new innovations is very good, making new things that ensure health needs, in terms of labor participation, it is quite good, it can be seen from the contribution of the working group IV members, there is still a lack of human resources in it, in terms of material participation, women's participation in terms of material both in the form of money and goods for health is still lacking, the limited funding experienced by the working group IV, and in terms of expertise participation, women's participation in terms of expertise in Karya Agung Village has been adjusted to the abilities and expertise of each member, it's just that there is still a lack of medical experts such as midwives and nurses because the working group IV members are just ordinary people.
