Abstract

This study is meant to find out how using AR-based teaching modules with Assemblr Edu affects the science learning results of fifth-grade students at SD Inpres 2 Besusu. This study uses a quantitative method and follows a pre-experimental design, specifically the one-group pretest-posttest model. Data was gathered using tests (both before and after the intervention), observations, and record-keeping. The data were checked for normality, and then analyzed using t-tests, specifically paired sample t-tests, as well as N-Gain tests. The sample consisted of 26 students selected through purposive sampling from one fifth-grade class. However, because the sample was limited to one class in a single school, the findings cannot be broadly generalized. The results showed that the average score on the pretest, which was 47.88, went up to 85.57 on the posttest. The statistical test results indicated a significant improvement following the use of AR-based teaching modules. The results of the N-Gain test showed an improvement in learning outcomes, placing them in the moderate to high category. So, it's clear that using Augmented Reality teaching tools with Assemblr Edu helps students learn science better and. Using this media can make learning more engaging, fun, and helpful for students to understand better.
