ANTESEDEN GREEN INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL PADA KINERJA KEUANGAN DAN KONSEKUENSINYA TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN (Studi Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Di Indonesia Tahun 2022-2024)

This study aims to analyze the influence of green intellectual capital, consisting
of Green Human Capital (GHC), Green Structural Capital (GSC), and Green
Relational Capital (GRC), on firm value, with financial performance proxied by
Return on Investment (ROI) as a mediating variable. This study uses a
quantitative approach with secondary data from manufacturing companies listed
on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2022–2024 period. The sample
was determined using a purposive sampling method, resulting in 205 observations
after eliminating outliers. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, classical
assumption tests, coefficient of determination tests, simultaneous tests, partial
tests, and Sobel tests to examine the mediating role. The results show that green
human capital and green relational capital have a positive and significant effect
on firm value, while green structural capital has no significant effect. Return on
investment also has a positive and significant effect on firm value. In addition,
return on investment is able to mediate the effect of green human capital and green
relational capital, but not green structural capital. These findings indicate that
increasing corporate value is more effectively achieved through strengthening
environmentally conscious human resources, sustainable external relationships,
and improving financial performance. This research underscores the importance
of strategically managing Green intellectual capital in enhancing corporate value.
