PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA NON-FORMAL (WORK FROM CAFÉ) TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS BELAJAR MELALUI MOTIVASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI PADA MAHASISWA S1 MANAJEMEN (FEB-UNTAD) ANGKATAN 2022

The increasing use of cafés as alternative learning spaces has encouraged students to adopt the Work From Café (WFC) concept as a non-formal learning environment. This study aims to examine the effect of the non-formal work environment (WFC) on learning productivity through learning motivation as a mediating variable. This study employed a quantitative explanatory approach involving 77 undergraduate Management students of the FEB-UNTAD class of 2022, selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with WarpPLS 8.0. The results indicate that the non-formal work environment has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation but no significant direct effect on learning productivity. Learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on learning productivity and fully mediates the relationship between the non-formal work environment and learning productivity. These findings suggest that learning motivation is a key factor in enhancing students' learning productivity when utilizing cafés as alternative learning environments.
