ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to create a concept of Orthopedic and Traumatology Hospital by referring to government regulations so that it can be fulfilled both in terms of services, facilities, facilities and comfort for people who use Orthopedic and Traumatology Hospital in Palu City. The research method used is the architectural design method in the process carried out by producing macro and micro analysis data to design the Orthopedic and Traumatology House in the City of Palu. Data were collected using Observation, Interview, Documentation and Literature Study of Books and Online Media as well as articles. Data analysis was carried out to obtain a description of the symptoms at the study site analyzed by architectural design concepts which include Analysis of Existing Conditions, Topography, Effect of sun and Wind Orientation on the Site, View and Achievement on the Site, Vegetation, Zoning, Circulation, Noise, Needs Space, Amount of Space, Relationship of Space, Structure, Utilities, and Building Shape.
