Ability To Pay Dan Willingness To Pay Terhadap Iuran Bpjs Kesehatan Mandiri Di Kecamatan Marawola Kabupaten Sigi

National Health Insurance (JKN) membership is mandatory for all Indonesian citizens, BPJS continues to experience a deficit due to payment arrears by National Health Insurance participants. Participants in the BPJS Kesehatan program in Sigi Regency until March 2023 amounted to 253,413 people (97%). Marawola District is a Health Center with the most BPJS Kesehatan participants in arrears in BPJS contribution payments of 2,832 participants with a total arrears of Rp. 2,670,766,377. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability and willingness to pay PBPU participant contributions in the Marawola District, Sigi Regency. This is quantitative descriptive research with analysis approach, sampling using proportional stratified random sampling with Probability Sampling technique. The number of samples is 94 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The results obtained based on this research are respondents ATP 1 category capable as many as 77% and unable as many as 22%, ATP 2 non-food category unable as many as 61% and non-essential category unable as many as 72%. The highest normative WTP value is in the class 3 category, namely 87%, the highest actual WTP is also in the class 3 category, namely 66%. Knowledge about National Health Insurance is in the poor category as much as 63%. It is hoped that the health center in Marawola District will cooperate with BPJS to improve health promotion related to the importance of health services without the risk of financial difficulties and the community has good knowledge about National Health Insurance
