Aktivitas Antibakteri Ekstrak Daun Serai (Cymbopogon Nardus) Terhadap Bakteri Staphylococcus Aureus Dan Escherichia Coli Serta Pemanfaatannya Sebagai Media Pembelajaran

Antibacterial is a compound used to inhibit bacterial growth or to kill the bacteria. This research aims at testing the different activities of the antibacterial of lemongrass leaf extract (cymbopogon nardus) toward the Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli bacteria and their use as learning media. This was laboratory experimental research. The results show that there are different activities between antibacterial of lemongrass leaf extract (Cymbopogon nardus) toward the Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. The average score of the highest inhibitory zone of staphylococcus aureus is 13.612 mm and the average score of the highest inhibitory zone of escherichia coli is 9.412 m. The results of this research can be developed into a learning media in the form of poster.
