ANALISIS BIAYA PEMELIHARAAN MESIN PRODUKSI PEMBUAT TAHU PADA USAH TAHU ENZO DI KELURAHAN MARSAOLEH KECAMATAN BUNGKU TENGAH KABUPATEN MOROWALI

This research aims to determine and analyze the maintenance costs of Honda
engines carried out by Enzo Tofu Business and to determine and analyze the efficiency
level of the preventive and corrective maintenance policies implemented by the
company. The research method was quantitative descriptive method. The method used
in collecting research data was by using the method of observation, documentation,
and direct interviews at the Enzo Tofu Business, Marsaoleh Village, Central Bungku
Sub-District, Morowali District. The results show that the preventive maintenance for
the Honda engine per year for the Vanbelt strap component was Rp. 20,944, Stone Mill
for Rp. 6,667, Pulley of Rp. 11,818, Per Starter Rp. 17,500, Carburetor Rp. 4,444,
Starter Strap Rp. 40,000 and an Air Filter of Rp. 5,714. Meanwhile, the corrective cost
for the Honda engine for the Vanbelt Strap component is Rp. 227,272, Mill Stone Rp.
800,000, Pulley Rp. 120,000, Per Starter Rp. 1,70,000, Carburetor Rp. 300,000,
Starter Strap Rp. 625,000, Air Filter Rp. 125,000. Based on the calculation results, it
is known that the difference in maintenance costs obtained from the Honda Gx 100
engine is much smaller when compared to using preventive rather than corrective
maintenance.
