Analisis Efektivitas Biaya Penggunaan Tablet Curcuma Pada Pasien TB Fase Intensif Di RSUD Madani Palu Dan Puskesmas Jejaringnya

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium tuberculosis. TB treatment is a fairly long treatment with the greater costs needed. This study was designed to analyseantituberculosis drugs (OAT) with a combination of Curcuma OAT-Tablets conducted at the Madani Hospital in Palu and its Network Health Center, which aims to compare the average total cost of therapy, as well as financial assistance that can be done with assistance compatible with ACER. (Average cost effectiveness ratio) and ICER (Additional Cost Effectiveness Ratio). The study was conducted prospectively using a total sampling technique. The results of 54 adult patients newly diagnosed with Intensive Phase TB were questioned 30 patients in the Curcuma group and 24 patients in the Non-Curcuma group received an average total total cost of Rp.894,182.00 and Rp.856,192.00 with 100% clinical results and 92% % and ACER value of Rp.8,941.00 and Rp.9,306.00 resulting in an ICER value of Rp.4,748.00. Only Curve has the best treatment costs for Non-Curcuma, which is based on treatments that are seen from the levels of SGOT, SGPT which are increased or normal and the value of BMI increases with lower treatment costs.
