ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS DAN EFISIENSI TATA LETAK PROSES PRODUKSI MIE PADA PRIMA PADI MAS DI KECAMATAN PALU SELATAN

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the concept of the production system and production layout model and to find out how much the effectiveness and efficiency of the production process was after the layout change. Observations, interviews, and secondary data were used in the data collection method. The data analysis technique used the Line Balancing method. The results showed that after the Line Balancing concept was applied to the Line, overall there was an increase in efficiency of 55.4% using a 40 minute work cycle and an effectiveness rate of 60%, while with a 24 minute work cycle there was an increase in efficiency of 92.37% and an effectiveness level of 100. %.
