Analisis Fuzzy Inference System Metode Sugeno Untuk Prediksi Jumlah Produksi Kopi Bubuk Bumi Mutiara

ABSTRAK
Kebiasaan mengkonsumsi kopi sudah menjadi lifestyle sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia. Konsumsi kopi di Sulawesi Tengah khususnya Kota Palu terus mengalami peningkatan, sehingga kebutuhan pasar akan kopi bubuk juga semakin bertambah. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasar tersebut diperlukan penentuan jumlah produksi kopi bubuk. Salah satu industri penghasil kopi bubuk di Kota Palu adalah industri Bumi Mutiara. Fuzzy Inference System merupakan sebuah metode untuk memprediksi jumlah produksi kopi bubuk. Salah satu pendekatan dalam Fuzzy Inference System adalah metode Sugeno. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 32 model defuzzyfikasi dari permintaan dan persediaan selama 32 minggu, dengan jumlah prediksi sebanyak 32 nilai tegas (crisp value). Prediksi jumlah produksi menunjukan hasil yang lebih baik dibandingkan produksi oleh industri Bumi Mutiara. Terlihat pada plot perbandingan, prediksi jumlah produksi lebih stabil dibandingkan produksi oleh industri. Adapun nilai MAPE sebesar 19,35% dimana nilai tersebut berada di rentang 10-20% hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa tingkat kesalahannya rendah atau tingkat akurasi prediksi dikategorikan baik.

ABSTRACT
The coffee consumtion habit has become a lifestyle for most of Indonesians. The consumption of coffee in Central Sulawesi especially Palu City continues to increase, consequently the market demand also hikes for ground coffee. In order to fulfill the market demand, determination of the amount of ground coffee production is carried out. One of the industries coffee producing in Palu City is the Bumi Mutiara industry. The Fuzzy Inference System is a method to predict the amount of ground coffee production. One of approach in the Fuzzy Inference System is the Sugeno method. The research produced 32 defuzzyfication models from demand and supply for 32 weeks, with a total of 32 crisp values ??predicted. The prediction of the amount production indicating preferable than production by the Bumi Mutiara industry. As seen in the comparison plot, the prediction of the amount of production is more stable than production by industry. The MAPE value obtained is 19.35% where the value is in the range of 10-20%, indicating the error rate is low or the accuracy level of the prediction has good category.
