Mine roads need special attention in order to support the performance of mechanical and operational equipment by paying attention to the condition of mine road geometry that does not meet the standards. This research aims to analyse the suitability of mine road geometry and analysis of slopes on the mine road. In this research, the study of mine road geometry refers to the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Decree No. 1827/K/30/MEM/2018, and the slope analysis uses the RMR (Rock Mass Rating) and SMR (Slope Mass Rating) methods. The results of actual road geometry measurements are then compared with theoretical calculations based on AASHTO (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials). The observation area is carried out on the working front from the loading point to the dumping point along 1,098.107 meters and is divided into 49 segments, consisting of 42 segments of straight conditions and 7 segments of bend conditions. In the observation area, the straight road width conditions have varying values ranging from 6.18 – 30.18 meters, the width of the road with bend conditions has a road width of 7.52 – 13.11 meters, a bend radius of 000 – 000 meters, road slopes ranging from 0.57% – 31.21%, center to left cross slope of 0.00 – 0.76 meters and center to right of 0.00 – 0.25 meters. Analysis of slope stability on the mining road found that the RMR value at the research site ranged from 76 – 88 and the SMR value ranged from 67 – 79. The results of the rock mass classification analysis using the RMR method of weighting the rock mass class included in class II which is included in the description of good rock. The results of the slope stability analysis using the SMR method at observation stations 1 and 2 are included in class II with a stability level that is stable.
