Research focusThis is to analyze the quality of Maternal and Child Health (KIA) services with the infant and child health service program (posyandu) provided by the Tikke Raya Health Center for the community and to measure how big the community satisfaction index is in the unit providing Maternal and Child Health Services with the Infant and Child Health Service Program. Children (Posyandu) at the Tikke Raya Health Center. The method used in this research is descriptive method, with a sample of 100 respondents. In analyzing the data using a Likert scale and testing the provisions of the perception value of the general guidelines for the preparation of the community satisfaction index.
