This skripsi discusses the implementation of teacher innovation in learning activities in fourth grade in SDN 8 Mamboro. The purpose of this research is to identify the teacher's innovations in learning activities in fourth grade. This research used a qualitative approach in which the researcher goes directly to the field to collect the data in the field. The research samples were one teacher and 20 students in fourth grade at SDN 8 Mamboro. Data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires, documentation, interviews, and field notes. The research result showed that the teacher is quite successful to do learning innovation in fourth grade at SDN 8 Mamboro. The teacher makes learning innovations that cover applying various teaching methods, using numerous learning media, and teaching materials. The results of the questionnaire show a high percentage. This research suggests that teachers and students must be creative, innovative, and productive in learning. Teachers should improve the learning quality through learning innovation so that learning quality is getting better, students easy to understand the learning material, and they are more enthusiastic in participating in learning activities.
