ANALISIS KESTABILAN LERENG BATUAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE SMR PADA RUAS JALAN TAWAELI - TOBOLI KM 16+000 - KM 26+000 SULAWESI TENGAH

ABSTRACT
The landslide occurring on the road along Tawaeli - Toboli is a very important issue to be studied because the Tawaeli - Toboli road is the most important axis road in Central Sulawesi connecting Palu with a number of Regencies such as Parigi Moutong Regency, Poso Regency, Tojo Una-una Regency, Banggai Regency, North Morowali Regency, and Morowali Regency. The objective to be achieved was to determine the stability of the rock slope using the SMR (Slope Mass Rating) method on the Tawaeli - Toboli road KM 16 + 000 - KM 26 + 000. The SMR (Slope Mass Rating) method is a rock mass classification system specifically designed for rock slopes by combining the value of the RMR (Rock Mass Rating). From the results of the analysis of the slope stability level by adding up each parameter at 8 observation stations, there is a very unstable slope which is on slope 3 with a value of SMR 19, and there is a partially stable slope with SMR values ranging from 42-59, located on slopes 1, 2 , 5, 6, and 8, and there is a slope with a stable status with a value of SMR 68, which is on slope 4, and a value of 64, is on slope 7, so that the lowest SMR values and requires special attention are on slope 3 and values the highest is on slope 4. Types of potential landslide model on the 8 slopes studied are wedge landslides located only on slope 6 while for other slopes potential landslides.

ABSTRAK
Kelongsoran yang terjadi di ruas jalan sepanjang Tawaeli - Toboli merupakan masalah yang sangat penting untuk dikaji karena ruas jalan Tawaeli - Toboli merupakan jalan poros terpenting di Sulawesi Tengah yang menghubungkan Palu dengan sejumlah Kabupaten seperti Kabupaten Parigi Moutong, Kabupaten Poso, Kabupaten Tojo Una - una, Kabupaten Banggai, Kabupaten Morowali Utara dan Kabupaten Morowali. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kestabilan lereng batuan dengan menggunakan metode SMR (slope mass rating) pada ruas jalan Tawaeli - Toboli KM 16+000 - KM 26+000. Metode SMR (slope mass rating) adalah sistem klasifikasi massa batuan yang dirancang khusus untuk lereng batuan dengan menggabungkan nilai RMR (Rock Mass Rating). Dari hasil analisis tingkat kestabilan lereng dengan menjumlahkan setiap parameter pada 8 stasiun pengamatan maka ada lereng yang sangat tidak stabil berada pada lereng 3 dengan nilai SMR 19, dan ada lereng yang stabil sebagian dengan nilai SMR berkisar 42 - 59, berada pada lereng 1, 2, 5, 6, dan 8, serta ada lereng yang berstatus stabil dengan nilai SMR 68, yang berada pada lereng 4, dan nilai 64, berada pada lereng 7, sehingga disimpulkan nilai SMR yang terendah dan memerlukan perhatian khusus berada pada lereng 3 dan nilai yang tertinggi berada pada lereng 4. Jenis model longsoran yang berpotensi pada 8 lereng yang diteliti yaitu longsoran baji berada hanya pada lereng 6 sedangkan untuk lereng lainnya berpotensi longsoran bidang.
