ANALISIS KESULITAN MENULIS YANG DIHADAPI SISWA KELAS X SMKN 6 PALU

Nurhaida (2021). This skripsi entitles “Analisis of Writing Difficulties Faced by the Tenth Grade Students of SMK 6 Palu”. Skripsi, English Education Study Program , Language and Art Education Department, Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Tadulako University. It is under the supervision of Sriati Usman.
the objective of the research was to know writing difficulties faced by the of the tenth grade students of SMKN 6 PALU. This research was conducted through a qualitative research design in which the results are tabulated and described. The subject was 15 students of class X teknik computer and jaringan. They were selected by purposive sampling technique. The instruments of data collection was divided in document, interview and observation. After analyzing the data, the researcher found that the writing difficulties in writing descriptive text are grammar, vocabulary , and mechanics. The most difficulty was on the implication of these findings The result of the students test showed that all of the students got difficulties in writing descriptive text. Moreover, lack of vocabulary makes them write a lot of repetition word in their writing.
