The problem studied in this study was the motivation of parents towards students' interest in learning during the covid 19 pandemic at SD Inpres Tanalanto. The purpose of this study was to analyze the motivation of parents towards students' interest in learning during the covid 19 pandemic at SD Inpres Tanalanto. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were all students of class V, totaling 16 students, namely 10 female students and 6 male students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews with homeroom teachers for class V and documentation. The results of this study are that the motivation of parents towards students' interest in learning during the covid 19 pandemic at SD Inpres Tanalanto has been going quite well. Student involvement in online learning does not fully reach 100%. The solution made by the teacher is to visit students from house to house so that students' interest in learning does not decrease.
