Analisis Nilai Tambah Kopi Jahe Pada Industri Ud Bintang Surayyah

UD. Bintang Surayyah is one of the industries engaged in the agro-indhastry sector which produces robusta coffee into processed ginger coffee in Palu City. This research aims to determine the added value obtained from Robusta coffee which is processed into Ginger Coffee in the UD. Bintang Surayyah Industry. The research setting was selected purposively with the consideration tha the UD. Bintang Surayyah is the highest ginger coffee producer in Palu City. The research respondents were company leaders and UD. Bintang Surayyah employees The data collection used in this research consisted of primary data and secondary data The analytical method used is the added value calculation method ustng the Tarigan method. The results of the research revealed that the UD. Bintang Surayyah received revenue of IDR 40,191,822 for 3 times the production process during March 2023 and the added value obtained was IDR 133,972.74 Nr kilogram of raw materials used.
