Analisis Pendapatan Dan Kelayakan Hhbk (Kopi) Kelompok Tani Hutan Di Desa Sapan Kua-Kua, Kecamatan Rantebua, Kabupaten Toraja Utara

Coffee is a plantation commodity that has enormous economic value compared to other crops and
has a role as a source of state revenue. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of income and
feasibility of Hhbk (coffee) for forest farmer groups. The method used in this research is using descriptive
method. others which are currently based on facts that appear or what they are. Furthermore, the
research technique was carried out using a survey technique which has the characteristic that data was
collected from several respondents using a questionnaire. This study collected data by conducting
interviews and direct observation of 15 respondents using a questionnaire that had been prepared
beforehand. To find out the business feasibility of coffee management, it was analyzed using the formula
(Income, IRR, B/C, NPV) Based on the research results on the income of the respondents Rp. 25,440,000
per year with a total cost of Rp. 2,560,000, the investment cost for 8 years in coffee management is Rp.
28,000,000. With an interest rate of 5%, the NPV value obtained is IDR 68,083 and the payback period
value obtained is 4.92 years or 4 years 11 months 12 days, the B/C ratio value is 3.43, and for an IRR
value of obtained by 20.7% so that in this coffee management study it was stated that it was feasible to run
and developed.
