ANALISIS PENDAPATAN DAN KELAYAKAN USAHA KURSI ROTAN PADA UKM MEUBEL ROTAN NUR AL FAZZA DI KOTA PALU

Rattan is a superior product for the people of Palu City, especially Central Sulawesi, which is
expected to meet market demand, both local, regional and export. Rattan from Central Sulawesi is
classified as prime quality, so it has a higher selling value than the same type of rattan outside
Sulawesi. Rattan furniture Nur Al Fazza is one of the rattan furniture SMEs in Palu City which is still
classified as a home industry. The purpose of this study was to determine the income and business
feasibility of Nur Al Fazza rattan furniture in Palu City. The data collection method used is the method
of observation and interviews. Furthermore, the data analysis used is the analysis of income and
business feasibility. The result of this research is that Nur Al Fazza Rattan Furniture produces 15
times of production in one month. The average income obtained by Nur Al Fazza Rattan Furniture
UKM in Palu City is IDR 11,149,419 per month, and the Return Cost Ratio (a-ratio) value of 1,431
indicates that a > 1, then Nur Al Fazza Rattan Furniture UKM is located research is worth doing.
This means that for every IDR 1,000 costs incurred by the Rattan Furniture UKM, Nur Alfazza will
receive an income of IDR 1,431.
