ANALISIS PENDAPATAN DAN PENETAPAN HARGA JUAL BUAH NAGA DI DESA MAKU KECAMATAN DOLO KABUPATEN SIGI

Dragon fruit is an annual plant that was developed in 2012 in Central Sulawesi. Although initially only a few farmers were interested in cultivating, but during the harvest the products were abundant, which caused a decline in prices. This study aims to determine the magnitude of profits derived by farmers and what is the appropriate selling price for dragon fruit in accordance with business ethics standards. This research was carried out in Maku Village, Dolo District, Sigi Regency. Determination of respondents carried out deliberately (purposive), by taking 10 respondents dragon fruit farmers in the village of Maku. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of income, break even point (BEP), and selling price determination. The results showed that the average income of dragon fruit farmers was Rp. 54,447,285 / 0.76 ha or Rp. 71,641,164.47, - / ha, the break even point of dragon fruit production reached 1,295 kg / harvest. This means that if the dragon fruit farmer does not want to suffer losses, at least the farmer must produce 1,295 kg of dragon fruit / harvest. The selling price used by farmers is Rp. 10,000 / kg with a profit of 63%.
