Analisis Pendapatan Usaha Bawang Goreng Pada Industri Linda Di Kota Palu

The Red Onion of the Palu Valley variety (Allium Wakegi Arraki), which is favored by Central Sulawesi Province, is a type of fried onion, a local shallot which is commonly referred to as a stone onion and is known for its superiority in terms of its distinctive aroma and texture so that many consumers like it, both in the archipelago and foreign countries. This type of fried shallot is often referred to as Palu valley shallot. This study aims to determine the income of Linda Fried Onions in Palu City. The study was conducted in the Linda fried onion industry in January to February 2020. Determination of the respondents carried out intentionally (purposive). Respondents numbered 3 namely the owner and 2 employees. The analytical tool used in this study is Revenue Analysis. The results showed that the total revenue received by Linda's fried onion industry in January 2020 was Rp. 19.830.000., - / month reduced by a total cost of Rp. 14.567.509,1, - / month. So the income earned by Linda Fried Onions Industry per month is Rp. 5.262.490,9/ month. Then the net income of the fried onion production in the Linda Industry is Rp. 5.262.490,9., - / month.
