Analisis Pendapatan Usaha Bawang Goreng Pada Industri Sofie LocalFood Di Kota Palu

The aim of this research is to determine the amount of onion income fried at the Sofie Localfood industry in Palu City. This research location was chosen purposively, taking into account that the Sofie LocalFood Industry is one of the fried onion processing industries with a fairly high production capacity. This research was carried out in February - April 2024. There were 5 respondents in this study, namely company leaders (1 person), production employees (2 people), packaging employees (1 person), and administration employees (1 person). The amount of income obtained from the production of fried onions in Sofie Localfood Industry with monthly revenues of Rp. 50,100,000 minus the total cost of Rp. 22,034,381 so the income earned by Sofie Localfood Industry was IDR. 28,065,619/month.
