ANALISIS PENDAPATAN USAHA GULA AREN DI DESA DOLAGO KECAMATAN PARIGI SELATAN KABABUPATEN PARIGI MOUTONG

ABSTRACT
This research was carried out in Dolago Village, South Parigi District, Parigi Motong Regency, in September 2022. The location determination was carried out deliberately (Purposive) with the consideration that Dolago Village is the largest palm sugar area in South Parigi District. The determination of the sample using the census method was that as many as 37 populations of palm sugar artisans were used as respondents. The data collection method used is observation and direct interview using questionnaires. The data analysis used is revenue analysis. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, the average production results obtained every month were obtained at 222.24 Kg / month with a selling price of Rp. 18,000 / Kg so that an average receipt of Rp. 4.011.567,56 was obtained and the total average cost incurred was Rp.3.029.964,98 / month, then the average respondent's income was obtained at Rp. 981.602,58/ month.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Dolago Kecamatan Parigi Selatan Kabupaten Parigi Motong, pada bulan September 2022. Penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja (Purposive) dengan pertimbangan bahwa Desa Dolago merupakan daerah gula aren terbesar di Kecamatan Parigi Selatan. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode sensus yaitu sebanyak 37 populasi pengrajin gula aren dijadikan sebagai responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis pendapatan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan maka diperoleh rata-rata hasil produksi yang diperoleh setiap bulan sebesar 222,24 Kg/bulan dengan harga jual Rp18.000/Kg sehingga diperoleh penerimaan rata-rata sebesar Rp 4.011.567,56 dan total biaya rata-rata yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp 3.029.964,98/bulan maka diperoleh rata-rata pendapatan responden sebesar Rp 981.602,58/bulan.
