ANALISIS PENDAPATAN USAHA GULA AREN DI DESA ROGO KECAMATAN DOLO SELATAN KABUPATEN SIGI

Aren (Arenga pinnata Merr) is a non-timber forest product that has the main product in the form of sweet sap nira, as the main raw material for the palm sugar industry. This research aims to analyze the cost, income, and sensitivity analysis of palm sugar craftsmen in Rogo Village. This research was conducted from January to March 2022. The method used in this study, the survey method consists of primary data obtained through interviews with palm sugar craftsmen using a list of questions/questionnaires and data secondary data were obtained from the Rogo Village Office and KPH Kulawi. Sampling technique is carried out by using the census method in which all members of the respondent population are sampled. Analysis of the data used are fixed costs, variable costs, total costs, revenues, revenues,and sensitivity test. The results of the study show that the average cost incurred inthe production process of palm sugar in the social forestry business group, which is an average of Rp.581,509/month from all respondents, income from sugar business sugar palm for 1 month the average production process amounted to Rp.1.875.490/month. Meanwhile, on the test The sensitivity of palm sugar business is tested for increasing production costs, decreasing product prices and decrease in product quantity by 10%, 20% and 30%, respectively, as a result, the business remains profitable because the income earned is greater than the costs incurred.
