ANALISIS PENDAPATAN USAHA RUMAH TANGGA PENGOLAHAN MINYAK KELAPA DI KECAMATAN SIGI BIROMARU

This research is aimed to analyze revenue of copra farm, to determine whether the copra farm is feasible. The research site was selected purposively, meaning that the research site was selected based on the purpose of the research. The research site was in Sigi Biromaru subdistrict. The method employed in this research was the income analysis formula, cost analysis, revenue, and profit analysis. Meanwhile, the Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) formula was used to measure the feasibility of copra farm, and to determine the role of industry in copra farm at Sigi Biromaru subdistrict, descriptive analysis method was used by analyzing the calculation results of the revenue and feasibility of copra farm.
The result of this research indicated that the income level of copra farm in Sigi Biromaru was Rp. 3.528.059 with the average income of Rp. 1.181.607. The value of R/C provided from virgin coconut oil farm was 1.33 which was greater than 1 which means the copra farm is profitable and feasibility. Regarding the results of the role of industry in copra farming, it was found that copra farming has backward linkages and forward linkages resulting a positive impact to Sigi Biromaru subdistrict.
