ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini fokus pada analisis pengendalian biaya dan jadwal pada proyek rekonstruksi Jalan Dolago Paraego - Empang menggunakan metode Analisis Nilai Hasil Earned Value Analysis (EVA). Dalam konteks pembangunan infrastruktur, proyek-proyek semacam ini seringkali dihadapkan pada tantangan kompleks yang berkaitan dengan manajemen biaya dan jadwal yang efisien. Dalam memahami kinerja proyek ini, penggunaan (EVA) menjadi krusial karena memungkinkan pemangku kepentingan untuk memonitor progres secara terintegrasi, mengidentifikasi deviasi dari rencana awal, dan mengambil tindakan korektif yang tepat waktu. Proyek rekonstruksi Jalan Dolago Paraego - Empang dipilih karena kompleksitasnya yang membutuhkan manajemen yang efektif. Penelitian ini menyajikan konteks proyek, tinjauan literatur yang mendalam tentang konsep pengendalian biaya dan jadwal dalam pembangunan infrastruktur, serta metodologi yang digunakan dalam analisis. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi praktisi dan akademisi dalam mengimplementasikan (EVA) dalam proyek infrastruktur serupa di masa depan, dengan tujuan meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan proyek untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi dan peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat secara berkelanjutan.

ABSTRACT

This research focuses on the analysis of cost and schedule control in the reconstruction project of Dolago Paraego - Empang Road using the Earned Value Analysis (EVA) method. In the context of infrastructure development, such projects often face complex challenges related to efficient cost and schedule management. Understanding the performance of this project, the use of EVA becomes crucial as it allows stakeholders to monitor progress integratively, identify deviations from the initial plan, and take timely corrective actions. The reconstruction project of Dolago Paraego - Empang Road was chosen due to its complexity, which requires effective management. This research presents the project context, a comprehensive literature review on the concepts of cost and schedule control in infrastructure development, and the methodology used in the analysis. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide valuable insights for practitioners and academics in implementing EVA in similar infrastructure projects in the future, with the aim of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of project management to support economic growth and improve the quality of life in a sustainable manner.
