ANALISIS PERMINTAAN SAYURAN HIDROPONIK DI SIGI HIDROPONIK DESA LOLU KECAMATAN SIGI BIROMARU KABUPATEN SIGI

ABSTRACT

Sigi Hydroponics is a hydroponic vegetable producer located in Lolu Village, Sigi Biromaru District, Sigi Regency. Sigi Hydroponics markets various types of hydroponic vegetables, such as lettuce and mustard greens. The consideration of Sigi Hydroponics as a place of research is because all of its products are hydroponic vegetables with quality classified as prime 3, meaning that the products produced are safe for consumption (safe for pesticides). This aims to determine the effect of price, age, income and number of dependents on consumer demand for hydroponic vegetables in Sigi Hidroponik, Lolu Village, Sigi Biromaru District, Sigi Regency. This research was conducted from January to March 2022. Respondents were determined using purposive sampling method. The number of respondents as many as 50 people. The method used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression analysis. Research result sho, simultaneously the variables of price, age, income and number of family dependents affect the demand for hydroponic vegetables. Partially, the variables of price, income and the number of dependents have a significant influence on the demand for hydroponic vegetables. While the age variable has no significant effect on the demand for hydroponic vegetables in Sigi Hidroponik, Lolu Village, Sigi Biromaru District, Sigi Regency.
