Analisis Perubahan Tutupan Lahan Menggunakan Citra Landsat 8 Di Kawasan Taman Nasional Lore Lindu (TNLL) Desa Omu Kecamatan Gumbasa Kabupaten Sigi

Land cover can change from year to year as time passes and the population increases, which
can impact the environment, such as large-scale land conversion. Therefore, this research was
conducted to observe land cover changes in the Lore Lindu National Park area, specifically in Omu
Village, Gumbasa Subdistrict, over a period of 5 years using Landsat 8 imagery from 2017 and 2022.
This research was conducted over a period of 3 months, from July to September, in the Lore
Lindu National Park area, Omu Village, Gumbasa Subdistrict, using supervised classification with
the maximum likelihood method on Landsat 8 imagery recorded in September 2017 and June 2022.
Accuracy tests were also carried out using field data.
The research results show that the land cover classification in 2017 had 3 land cover classes:
forest, open land, and shrubland. In 2022, it had 4 land cover classes: forest, shrubland, open land,
and plantations. For the accuracy test, the classification method using supervised classification
achieved an accuracy rate of 88%.
