Analisis Stakeholder Dalam Pengelolaan Wisata Alam Desa Lawua Kecamatan Kulawi Selatan Kabupaten Sigi

The condition of this tourist attraction is very good for it to be developed as a tourist spot for natural beauty and views that can be seen in real terms, namely a 5 meter high waterfall with hot and cold water downstream. Nature Tourism was formed by the Lawua Village Government in 2016. In 2017 Maima Nature Tourism was opened to the public. The location of this research will be carried out in Lawua Village, South Kulawi District, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. This research will be conducted from August to September 2023. The material used in this research was an in-depth interview questionnaire as an instrument for collecting primary data in the field. This research method was carried out using 2 types of data collection techniques, namely using the 4R method, namely Rights, Responsibilities, Returns, Relationships and influence and interest analysis to see how much profit was obtained. The interests of stakeholders in managing tourist attractions are carrying out work programs according to their rights, obligations, benefits received and cooperative relationships. Stakeholders with an interest in maima tourism are village government agencies, community leaders, these stakeholders are the Village Government, Bumdes, Pokdarwis, Land Owners, Village Communities, Women's Groups, BTNLL, EPASS, Traditional Groups, Religious Leaders, Tourism Office, Art Studios. planned work program, this is because coordination between stakeholders is not yet optimal.
