This research aims to determine the level of efficiency and effectiveness of the layout
of the Enzo Tofu business facility in Central Bungku Sub-District, Morowali District.
The problem in this research was whether the layout arrangement of the Enzo Tofu
Business facility is efficient and effective. Type of the research was quantitative using
line balancing and travel chart methods. The results of the research using the line
balancing method obtained an efficiency level at the Enzo Tofu Business with a 125
minute tofu processing process. Meanwhile, the results of the travel chart method
obtained a new design layout of the Enzo Tofu business production facility of 820
material flow loads from the initial layout of 1,110 material flow loads with a ratio of
290.
