ANALISIS TINGKAT KERAWANAN BANJIR DI DAS LARIANG HULU KECAMATAN RIO PAKAVA KABUPATEN DONGGALA BERBASIS SISTEM INFORMASI GEOGRAFIS

Almost every rainy season, flood disasters often occur, such as what happened in the Lariang Hulu
watershed on November 16, 2021, where flash floods accompanied by mud and wood material hit a
number of residential areas in Lalundu Village, Rio Pakava District, Donggala Regency. The flood was
so big that it entered people's homes with a flood height of 60 cm to 100 cm. The flood had a rather
severe impact in several villages, mainly Polando Jaya Village, Lalundu Utama Village, Panca Mukti
Village, Rio Mukti Village, Pakava Village, Ngovi Village, Pantolobete Village, Bonemarawa Village,
and Tinauka Village. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study was to determine the level of
flood vulnerability using GIS in Rio Pakava District, Donggala Regency.This research was conducted
for three months, starting from January to March 2022, with quantitative methods by means of scoring
and weighting. Scoring and weighting are carried out on several parameters, namely rainfall, slope,
soil type, land use, and river density.The results obtained in the Lariang Hulu watershed area, Rio
Pakava District, Donggala Regency, the category prone to flooding is 1,410.10 Ha or 4.08%, the
category is quite prone to flooding 9,621.01 Ha or 27.09%, the category is somewhat vulnerable to
23,561.01 Ha or 68.09% , and the category not vulnerable 10.05 Ha or 0.03% .
