Aplikasi Berbagai Dosis Pupuk Kandang Ayam Terhadap Pertumbuhan Bibit Kakao (Theobroma Cacao L)

• This study aims to obtain a better dose of chicken manure for the growth of cocoa seedlings. This research was conducted at the Green House of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Tadulako in June to August 2019. The research was arranged in a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 6 treatments namely without chicken manure, 225 g polybag-1 chicken manure, chicken manure 262 g polybag-1, chicken manure 300 g polybag-1, chicken manure 337 g polybag-1, and chicken manure 375 g polybag-1, each treatment was repeated 5 times so that there were 30 experimental units and each experimental unit contained 2 polybags. The results showed that giving chicken manure significantly increased the number of leaves, stem diameter, and leaf area. Giving chicken manure 225 g polybag-1 significantly increased the number of leaves and stem diameter. Application of 262 g polybag-1 chicken manure significantly increases leaf area of cocoa seedlings.
