Nursing Care on on Fracture Clients Experiencing Barriers to Moving Ability with Intervention of Body Mechanics Improvement in Teratai Wards of Undata Regional Public Hospital in Central Sulawesi Province

The number of fracture sufferers, especially in the teratai wards of the undata, Central Sulawesi Province, Palu, that the number of fracture sufferers in 2014 was 243 cases, in 2015 was 233 cases, in 2016 was 240 cases, in January-June 2017 was 122 cases. The purpose of this research is to take action to improve body mechanics in patients with problems with the ability to move. The case study research design used two subjects who experienced the same problem (fracture) with a nursing care approach that focused on improving body mechanics interventions. The results of the case study show that both patients can follow the recommendations from researcher but there is a difference where one patient can advance to make more movements than the patient 2 is marked by the patient has been able to shift independently with only a little help by nurses and family. It is hoped that it will further maintain and improve services to patients with fracture problems where good pharmacological and non-pharmacological measures can help improve the quality of patient health.
