BIAYA PEMELIHARAAN MESIN GILING PAKAN PADA USAHA AYAM PETELUR ANUGERAH JAYA MANDIRI DI DESA BENTE KECAMATAN BUNGKU TENGAH KABUPATEN MOROWALI

This research aims to determine the total cost of preventive and corrective
maintenance policies. This research was conducted by interview and direct
observation at the Anugerah Jaya Mandiri Layer Chicken Business in Bente
Village. The method used descriptive quantitative. The results show that the
preventive maintenance for the Jiang Dong machine per year for the Vant Belt Rope
component is Rp. 18,181, Oil Filter Rp. 19,945, Bearing Rp. 75,208, Gasket Rp.
72,778, Grinding Sieve of Rp. 32,545, Grinding Door Teeth of Rp. 32,000, While
the corrective cost for the Jiang Dong machine for the Vant Belt Strap component
is Rp. 200,000, Oil Filter Rp. 90,000, Bearing Rp. 750,000, Gasket Rp. 300,000,
Sieve Grinder Rp. 300,000, Grinding Door Teeth Rp. 550,000. Maintenance costs
obtained from Jiang Dong machines are more efficient using Preventive
maintenance than Corrective.
