Stationary bicycle are very popular among sports bikes. However, very few know the benefits of static bicycles in generating electricity. In addition, a static bicycle will display information on burning calories while doing sports activities at the same time. The purpose of this study was aimed to calculate the results of calculating the calorie burn when exercising a bicycle with the test method of 3 respondents who have different body weights, where each respondent paddles a bicycle for 30 minutes at the same speed. The results showed that a body weight of 54 Kg burns 962 Cal calories, a body weight of 60 Kg burns 1069 Cal, a body weight of 66 Kg burns 1176 Cal.
