DISIPLIN KERJA PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL DI KANTOR CAMAT TAWAELI KOTA PALU SULAWESI TENGAH PERIODE 2019-2020

RAHMATIA, Stambuk B40116224, with a thesis entitled ``Work Discipline of
Civil Servants in the Office of the Tawaeli Sub-District off Palu Central
Sulawesi period 2019-2020, which was guided by Nurhamni as supervisor I.
And Moh Rafi as Advisor II.
Good discipline will be the first step towards a clean and authoritative
government. This study amis to determine the Work Discipline of Civil Servants in
the Tawaeli sub-district office, Palu City. This research is descriptive type of
reseacrh with the basis of qualitative research. While the data collection
technique is done through observation, interviews and documentation.
Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely: data reduction,
data presentation, and drawing conclusions. In this study, the research informants
were determined in amanner purposive, so that the researcher determined 6
informants . This research uses the teory bye Singodimedjo and Edy Sutrisno,
with the Timeliness, using office equipment properly, high responsibility, and
obedience to office rules as research indicators.
