The objective of this research is to explain the effectiveness of information service on cultural values in building brotherhood (nosarara) among students of SMP Negeri 5 Palu. The research subjects were 17 students. The main research instrument was questionnaires on brotherhood. The collected data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The results of descriptive analysis showed that students’ brotherhood before getting information service on cultural values, 94,12 % of the students have a positive attitude, and 5.88 % of the students have a negative attitude. There is an increase in student brotherhood after getting information service on cultural values, that 3.51% of the students have a great positive attitude, and 96.49% of the students have a positive attitude. The results of the inferential analysis indicated that information service on cultural values is effective in building brotherhood (nosarara) among students of SMP Negeri 5 Palu.
