EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM PEMBERDAYAAN KOMUNITAS PERUMAHAN DAN PROGRAM LINGKUNGAN SEHAT PERUMAHAN DI KABUPATEN PARIGI MOUTONG

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the Housing Community Empowerment Program and Healthy Environment Housing in ParigiMoutong District as well as the obstacles faced. The review is based on the model of effectiveness measures from Budiani using 4 indicators of objectives, socialization, objectives, monitoring. The study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results showed that the implementation of the Community Empowerment Program Housing Housing and Community Health in the District of ParigiMoutong yet fully effective this can be seen in the process of achieving the program's objectives there are obstacles, such as non-fulfillment of the annual target which is caused by the request (demand) the house soand the supply of ready-made housing is not fulfilled. In addition there are also internal inhibiting factors, namely there are no regulations that regulate the involvement of agencies in controlling the program and external factors regarding long licensing and there are potential program participants who are constrained on the condition that the minimum salary amount is determined by the official.
