EFEKTIVITAS TENAGA KERJA KONSTRUKSI TERHADAP KETEPATAN WAKTU PELAKSANAAN PROYEK GEDUNG DI KOTA PALU (STUDI KASUS PADA PEMBANGUNAN GEDUNG UIN)

ABSTRAK
Tenaga kerja merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam pelaksanaan proyek
konstruksi. Tenaga kerja yang digunakan biasanya tidak perorangan tetapi dalam
bentuk kelompok tukang, yang terdiri dari kepala tukang dan pembantu tukang dan
mempunyai proporsi kerja masing masing. Salah satu faktor yang perlu diperhatikan
dalam menilai kelompok kerja tukang adalah mengetahui nilai efektivitas waktu
kerja tukang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei lapangan
mengamati kinerja tukang lalu melakukan perhitungan dengan membandingkan
waktu kerja riil yang di peroleh dari pengukuran pengamatan di lapangan dengan
waktu kerja teoritis yang di hitung berdasarkan jam kerja pada umumnya, yang
kemudian disesuaikan dengan teori teori yang ada pada literatur. Selanjutanya waktu
kerja riil dihitung efektivitas dari waktu kerja teoritis, baik untuk ukuran masing
masing kelompok maupun tukang secara keseluruhan. Perbandingan juga di hitung
untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari faktor umur, pengalaman kerja dan pendidikan.
Dari hasil pengamatan dan perhitungan untuk faktor usia waktu kerja efektif tertinggi
di dapat dari kelompok umur 25-<30 tahun yaitu 98,109%, untuk faktor pengalaman
kerja didapat waktu kerja efektif tertinggi dari kelompok pengalaman kerja 5-<10
tahun yaitu 97.929?n untuk faktor pendidikan waktu kerja efektif tertinggi di
dapat dari kelompok kerja dengan pendidikan SMP yaitu 98,029%. Sedangkan
kelompok tukang yang memiliki waktu kerja efektif tertinggi adalah tukang
kelompok B dengan efektivitas waktu kerja 97,973%.

Effectiveness Of Construction Workers On The Timeliness Of Building Project Work In Palu City (Case Study On Uin Building Construction)

ABSTRACT
Manpower is one of the important factors in the implementation of construction
projects. The labor used is usually not individual but in the form of a handyman
group, which consists of a chief handyman and a handyman assistant and has their
respective proportions of work. One of the factors that need to be considered in
assessing the artisan working group is knowing the effectiveness of the workman's
working time. This research was conducted using a field survey method to observe
the workman's performance and then perform calculations by comparing the real
working time obtained from the measurement of observations in the field with the
theoretical working time which is calculated based on working hours in general,
which is then adjusted to the existing theories in the literature. . Furthermore, the
real working time is calculated on the effectiveness of the theoretical working time,
both for the size of each group and for the workers as a whole. Comparisons are also
calculated to determine the effectiveness of the factors of age, work experience and
education. From the results of observations and calculations for the age factor , the
highest effective working time was obtained from the age group of 25-<30 years,
namely 98.109%, for the work experience factor, the highest effective working time
was obtained from the group of 5-<10 years of work experience, namely 97.929%
and for the factor of work experience. The highest effective working time education
was obtained from the working group with junior high school education, namely
98.029%. Meanwhile, the group of artisans who have the highest effective working
time is group B with an effectiveness of 97.973%.
