This. The use of pesticides has residues that are harmful to health
man. This study aims to compare three types of B. isolates.
bassiana on rice flour formula and tested its storability against
mortality of Spodoptera frugiperda larvae. This research was conducted in
Laboratory of Plant Pests and Diseases, Faculty of Agriculture, University
Tadulako, which takes place from July 2022 to November 2022. This research
prepared using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4
treatment that is, P0 = Control (without treatment) P1 = Beauveria bassiana isolate
BPTP P2 = Beauveria bassiana isolate Field P3 = Beauveria bassiana isolate
commercial. Each treatment was tested on 3 replicates of armyworm insects
(Spodoptera frugiperda J.E Smith) so that 12 experimental units were obtained. results
research shows that P1, P2, and P3 are significantly different from P0 where
P2 is an isolate of field origin which is formulated into rice with a shelf life of 3
weeks can cause mortality of Spodoptera frugiperda larvae
of 100% and has a growth rate of 2.05 cm per day, while P1, P2,
and P3 showed no significantly different results.
