EVALUASI PENCAPAIAN PENGGUNAAN ALOKASI DANA DESA TERHADAP PERENCANAAN, PELAKSANAAN DAN PENGAWASAN (Studi Pada Desa Sibedi Kecamatan Marawola Kabupaten Sigi)

Criony Giovano Panggauju, C 101 15 060, The Evaluation of Achievement in the Usage of Village Fund Allocation for Planning, Implementation and Supervision (Study in Sibedi Village, Marawola District), guided by: Muhtar Lutfi as Main Supervisor and Anwar Nasruddin as Assistant Advisor.

The aim of this study was to determine how the achievement in the usage of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) for planning, implementation and supervision in Sibedi Village, Marawola District. This research uses descriptive qualitative. The technique of data collection are done through observation techniques, library research, interviews and questionnaires with a measurement scale using the Likert scale, then presented in the frequency tabulation to see the responses of respondents using quantum lines. The results show that the aspects of planning, implementation and supervision in Sibedi Village had been carried out well. The management of Village Fund Allocation used the half of the fund for community empowerment. However, some people in Sibedi Village still lack in understanding the Village Fund Allocation program, so the village society need to get the information through program socialization. Therefore, assistance village staffs formed to facilitate community needs.
