Mohtar, Factors Affecting Household Food Security in Banggai Tengah District (guided by Max Nur Alam and Lien Damayanti).
This study aims to analyze the factors that influence household food security in Banggai Tengah District. The sampling technique in the study was a simple random sampling method. The total population of the study was 152 households, the method of determining respondents used the Slovin formula so that the study sample was 44 households. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis by developing a model of food security. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis it was concluded that household food security in Banggai Tengah District was positively affected by total household income and was negatively affected by the number of household members, rice prices, corn prices, fish prices and cooking oil prices. While health costs do not affect the level of household food security in Banggai Tengah District. Keywords: Food Security, Multiple Linear Regression and Households
